
International Men’s Day is celebrated annually on November 19th, and this year, the focus is on men’s mental health and positive role models. While mental health challenges affect people of all genders, men often face unique barriers to seeking help. Societal expectations, traditional gender roles, and the stigma surrounding mental health can make it difficult for men to acknowledge and address their emotional struggles.
