Why I use the habit forming journal more than once a year

We’ve recently uploaded a few journals for all members (if you want access, please sign up and join here – they are available from Acorn up, but there are extras for other members that you might quite like). I’ve enjoyed building them, and I love refreshing my vision board every year, and I’ve gone through the journal that lets me assess myself a few times, but, when I find myself out of control, and not in a good place – because of stress, illness or just because I feel like I can’t seem to find my feet, my go to is to build a ‘weekly scaffold’ and to do that, I need to work through the habit formation journal.  I know that sounds counter intuitive – it’s not really ‘habit forming’, but I’ve found, each time I go around, I keep some of the habits I’ve learned, so it does work for me.

So, if they don’t stick the first time, that’s ok.  Keep working on it.

I should know though.  I’ve currently got seven different ways of tracking my calendar and tasks.  Some tech based, some pen and paper.  All  of them a hodge podge of ways to keep track.
